About Us
Bajwa Estate established in year 2007 in Bahria Town Lahore as a Real Estate company with prime objective of providing brokerage services for sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties (plots, houses, agricultural land, industrial units, plazas, offices, shops etc.) and rental services in Bahria Town, PAEC Housing Society, Sukh Chayn Gardens, Canal Gardens Lahore and nearby area.
Later on we entered in construction business and hence changed name of company to Bajwa Estate & Builders. On construction side our main focus is on residential Houses and so far we have constructed a number of houses in Bahria Town Lahore. At the moment two Houses (10 Marla and 8 Marla) are under construction. Work on two 10 Marla sites will start within a couple of days.
We provide contractual construction services with or without material, complete (turnkey) or till grey structure. Rates will be market competitive and material will be as per customer's choice and workmanship will be of the best quality. All statutory and by-laws will be followed.
